Refund policy

If you have changed your mind or are not completely satisfied with an item purchased online at Hurlingham Polo Equestrian, you can return it to us within thirty (30) days of receipt of the item(s).

Merchandise must be returned in its original condition in order to be accepted as a return and must be unworn, unwashed and in a resalable condition with all hang-tags and in its original packaging along with proof of purchase. No refund will be processed for items that are returned incomplete, damaged or soiled.

Please note that, unless they are faulty, certain products cannot be returned:

• Bespoke customised products which includes all Team Kits

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us at:

support@hurlinghampoloequestrian.com. We will then contact you to manage the exchange.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
